   Modern Enterprises provides custom carpentry and woodwork services, including but not limited to kitchen design, manufacturing and installation, built-in cupboards, bathroom vanities, shelving, and general woodwork. All services are subject to availability and project approval.

2. quotations and pricing
   All quotes provided are valid for a limited time as stated in the quote. Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and labour involved. Additional charges may apply if changes are made to the scope after a quote is accepted.

3. deposits and payment terms
   A deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is payable as per the agreed schedule. We accept payments via EFT (electronic funds transfer) or other methods agreed upon. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

4. project timelines
   Estimated timelines for completion will be provided for each project. While we strive to meet deadlines, factors such as material delays, weather, or unforeseen issues may impact project delivery. We will communicate any changes promptly.

5. customer responsibilities
   You agree to provide accurate project information, allow access to the site when needed, and ensure the work environment is safe and suitable for our team. Delays caused by client unavailability or site inaccessibility may affect delivery timelines.

6. changes and variations
   Any changes to the original agreement must be made in writing and may affect cost and completion time. Verbal changes are not binding until confirmed in writing.

7. cancellation policy
   If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client may be liable for costs already incurred, including time, materials, and production. Deposits may be non-refundable based on the amount of work completed.

8. product quality and workmanship
   We take pride in our workmanship and use quality materials. All products are handcrafted, and minor variations in finish may occur. We provide a reasonable guarantee on workmanship, but natural wear and misuse are not covered.

   You may browse our website for general information, contact details, and service descriptions. All content on this website is owned by Modern Enterprises and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.
